My approach

Client Agreement

Hello there,

I am thrilled that you would partner with me on your style journey. I will do my best to make this a wonderful experience for you. Please read the following agreement carefully and feel free to discuss any questions you might have.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY:

All services are non refundable but may be transferable to another package or client within a year of original purchase date. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule an appointment, however exceptions will be permitted in cases of emergency, illness or extreme climate. All services and packages require payment in full at the time of booking.
All services should be completed within a year of commencement of services.

RETURNS:

All clothing purchases are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds once you have accepted them and expressed desire to keep them. Exceptions will be made to damaged or defective items. Special pricing or discounts we receive may be passed directly through to you but are exclusive to our service to you.

CLOTHING BUDGET:

Client is to provide clothing allowance in a timely manner in order for stylist to begin service. This sum will be requested separately from service invoice. At the end of services client will be provided with an expenditure report with the balance sum of monies spent and/or due.

GUESTS:

All clients are encouraged to participate in the coaching alone, unless previously discussed, as exceptions can be made. Generally, well wishing friends and kin may distract and take up valuable time away from the coaching experience, which takes away from our limited time together.
